We're currently looking for an experienced Inside Sales Representative to join our team in our Houston office. The ideal candidate is a competitive self-starter that thrives in a fast-paced environment. Standard Office Hours:
Mon-Fri 8am-5pm. This position is not remote.

Duties and Responsibilities-
Handle customer service related inquiries via phone, email, and in-person
Provide quotes to customers based on current market trends
Follow-up on pending shipments, quotes, and any customer inquiries
Process returns and resolve invoicing discrepancies for pending orders
Qualifications-
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience within the electrical sales industry
Excellent interpersonal communication (written and verbal) skills
Ability to multi-task, organize, and prioritize to meet deadlines
Effective time management skills and high attention to detail
Knowledge and advanced skills in Microsoft Excel are preferred
