Pay: $18.50 per hour
Available Shifts
We are currently hiring for the following positions:
- Rover Officer: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM | 32 Hours Per Week
- Weekend Rover Officer: Saturday & Sunday | 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | 16 Hours Per Week (Opportunity to combine with an additional 24-hour post for a full-time schedule.)
- Main Gate Officer: 3:00 PM – 11:00 PM | 40 Hours Per Week
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a safe and secure environment for customers and employees while providing general security duties to our clients.
- Promote safety by being alert to observe, correct, and report any hazards.
- Understand and comply with DSI and Client requirements, as well as specific post instructions.
- Participate in training and become familiar with general safety procedures and DSI’s safety manual.
- Interact professionally with clients, visitors, employees, and the public.
- Perform routine foot patrols and moderate lifting as required.
- Work in all-weather elements as needed.
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Customer service oriented with effective written and oral communication skills.
- Basic to intermediate computer skills.
- Ability to perform routine foot patrols and moderate lifting.
- Open availability to work flexible hours.
- At least 21 years old with a high school diploma or equivalent.
- Valid Driver's License and Texas Security License.
- Reliable means of transportation and communication.
- Must successfully pass all pre-employment screenings
- Valid State Driver's License
- Valid State of Maryland Guard Card
- Must have a valid TWIC card
- High School Diploma or Equivalent
