We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Security Field Supervisor to oversee and coordinate security operations in the field. The ideal candidate will have strong leadership skills, a keen eye for detail, and the ability to manage security personnel effectively to ensure the safety and security of our clients and their assets.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily activities of security personnel in the field.
- Conduct regular inspections and patrols to ensure compliance with security protocols.
- Train, mentor, and evaluate security staff to maintain high performance standards.
- Respond promptly to incidents and emergencies, providing guidance and support as needed.
- Prepare detailed reports on security incidents, personnel performance, and operational issues.
- Collaborate with management and clients to address security concerns and improve procedures.
- Ensure all security equipment is functioning properly and report any malfunctions.
- Maintain accurate records of attendance, incidents, and other relevant data.
Qualifications
- Proven experience as a Security Field Supervisor or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of security operations, protocols, and best practices.
- Excellent leadership and team management skills.
- Ability to remain calm and make quick decisions in emergency situations.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
- Familiarity with security equipment and technology.
- Valid security certification or license as required by local regulations.
- Flexibility to work various shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
