What You’ll Do:
- Lead and oversee multiple rebuild projects
- Maintain direct communication with customers from start to finish
- Coordinate subcontractors, materials, permits, and inspections
- Ensure all projects meet timelines, budgets, and quality standards
- Identify and address technical or scope-related issues promptly
- Support change order estimating, approval, and documentation
What We’re Looking For:
- Excellent communication and customer service skills
- Minimum 5 years hands-on construction experience
- 2 years project management experience
- Remodeling/restoration background preferred
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Valid driver’s license, able to lift 50 lbs
- Pass background check and drug screen
- Xactimate experience a plus
