Construction Superintendent

DSI Construction is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Superintendent with a minimum of 5 years of proven expertise as a Commercial Construction Superintendent. This position is based in Athens-Clarke County, GA.

The salary range for the role is $95,000 - $110,000 per year.

Key Responsibilities:

·        Oversee all aspects of construction projects from planning to completion.

·        Coordinate and supervise construction activities, including subcontractors and vendors.

·        Ensure projects are executed within budget and schedule constraints.

·        Maintain high standards of quality and safety on site.

·        Communicate effectively with project stakeholders, including clients, architects, engineers, and internal teams.

Requirements:

·        5 years of experience as a Commercial Superintendent.

·        Strong knowledge of construction processes, methods, and materials.

·        Ability to read and interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications.

·        Excellent leadership and team management skills.

·        Proficiency in project management software and tools such as Procore.

·        Familiarity with building codes and regulations applicable in Athens-Clarke County, GA.
