We are currently hiring a full-time, on-site Quality and Shipping Inspector in Saint Johns, FL. Candidates with prior shipping, inspection, and warehouse experience are strongly encouraged to apply. Aviation experience is a plus, but not required for the right candidate.
Role & Responsibilities

- Perform final inspection on outgoing sales and repair orders
- Perform inspections on all sales requests
- Process all DAR 8130 orders to the DAR
- Resolve part material issues or answer questions with the shippers / material processor
- Work with the sales manager to resolve order issues
- Communicate shipping or request issues with the sales manager/sales support via Teams
- Completion of customer surveys
- Receive incoming repair & purchase orders
- Perform incoming inspection on all repair and purchase orders
- Inform repairs of any RO’s received in our CRM via Teams
- Approve trace packages for purchase
- Verify all information is correct on incoming certifications for repairs
- Maintain detailed and accurate records in the CRM system
- Uphold DSC’s culture of collaboration, integrity, and continuous learning
Qualifications & Experience
- 1 years of experience in shipping, quality inspection, warehousing, and/or asset management.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Forklift and Hazmat Certification
- ISO9001, ASA-100, or AC-0056 Compliance
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, detail-driven environment
- Proven ability to work under pressure and prioritize competing tasks
- Aviation parts, logistics, or supply-chain experience is a strong plus
- High school diploma required; associate or bachelor’s degree is a plus
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Comfortable learning technical product information quickly
- Understanding of FedEx, UPS, and DHL shipping software.
