Assists the facility in accomplishing goals of increased efficiencies, scrap reduction, reduction of downtime, and developing new products by providing the best technical support possible.Position Requirements:Execute routine, preventative, predictive, and reactive maintenance activities for DSB's manufacturing equipment and support equipment. Possesses the skills to troubleshoot, diagnose, and repair control and non control based production equipment. Identify problems and solutions on existing equipment; make suggestions/recommendations on specific manufacturers components to be installed on new equipment and/or upgrades to assist in standardization of parts throughout the facility. Maintain work area in an organized fashion; ensure area is cleaned after each job is completed.Participate in continuous improvement projects to improve the equipment's reliability and maintainability. Documentation of maintenance (work orders, inventory control, etc.).Assist in the development of preventative and predictive maintenance tasks.Direct repairs brought about by PM and condition monitoring (follow up work orders, procurement etc.).Continue development of skills (directed toward improved efficiency and additional skillsets).Assist in parts pick up and stocking/control of maintenance items.Individuals directed by management to operate a vehicle for work purposes will observe the requirements of the Fleet Safety Program.Support, promote, and perform in a manner consistent with continuous improvement goals and the values of DSB Technologies which includes following the policies, procedures, and requirements of our Quality Management and IS0 14001 Environmental Management Systems.All other duties as assigned by your supervisor.Professional and Technical Experience and Education:Minimum of 2 years experience electro-mechanical Maintenance Tech positionExperience operating, programming, and trouble-shooting PLCsHigh School Diploma or equivalent requiredAbility to work from a ladder and/or elevated platform requiredBasic understanding of blueprints preferred.Ability to maintain a forklift license requiredSolid skills in pneumatics, electrical, and hydraulic systems preferredMonday-Thursday 4:00pm-2:00am
