What You’ll Do
In this role, you’ll work alongside experienced professionals while supporting a variety of accounting, tax, and client accounting services for privately held businesses. It’s a strong opportunity to build practical skills, strengthen client relationships, and grow your career in public accounting.
- Record transactions, maintain ledgers, and help prepare financial statements using accounting software
- Reconcile bank, credit card, loan, and intercompany accounts
- Assist with accruals, prepaids, fixed assets, and depreciation calculations
- Support monthly client work and respond to routine accounting needs
- Contribute to accounting, bookkeeping, and tax-related projects as assigned
- Strong attention to detail and a willingness to learn
- Clear written and verbal communication with clients and team members
- Ability to manage deadlines and multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Positive attitude, sound judgment, and high ethical standards
- Commitment to providing exceptional client service
- 0–5 years of accounting, bookkeeping, or internship experience preferred
- Associate or Bachelor’s degree in accounting or a related field preferred
- CPA eligibility is preferred
