- Min 2 years of experience in Administration operations
- Bilingual English / Japanese Languages skills required
- Assisting Expatriates' administration, benefits, payroll, Visa support etc.
- Report to Japan HQ
- Experience with QuickBooks or other accounting or other accounting software
- Payroll, A / P, A / R, bank reconciliation, monthly report experience
- Detail oriented and outstanding verbal and written communication skills
- Must be proficient in MS Office. (Word, Excel )
- Business hours 8 : 00 am to 5 : 00 pm
