DSA Doors, the leading premium wood door manufacturing company in the United States, has an opening for a Specialist with CAD drafting skillset in the Raleigh, NC office. We have an excellent opportunity within our sales team as a Sales Specialist. You will be the point-of-contact for our customers to provide sales and support of our architectural services. You need to be eager to learn, ready to provide top-notch customer service and sell our quality products and be ready for other tasks as assigned to accomplish the goals and objectives of the sales group. The position is full-time with benefits, plus an opportunity to earn monthly sales bonus!
Responsibilities
- Manage custom orders from inception to delivery, including working directly with clients to clarify technical specifications.
- Review customer-submitted CAD drawings and collaborate with Engineering group to ensure manufacturability.
- Convert customer specifications into clear production instructions.
- Generate quotes and timelines for custom orders.
- Advise clients on material choices, finishes, and design options.
- Provide feedback to customers on production timelines, delays, and technical challenges.
- Ensure all custom orders meet quality standards and customer expectations.
- Collaborate with the sales team to ensure accurate information is provided to clients and that all details are captured for production.
- Input all communications and documents into the CRM system.

Minimum Qualifications & Preferences
- At least 2 years of experience in customer service, technical sales, or order management in a manufacturing environment.
- Must be able to modify and create CAD drawings.
- At least 1 year of Autodesk AutoCAD design experience preferred.
- Familiarity with interpreting technical drawings and specifications.
- At least 1 year of experience using a CRM in a professional setting.
- Ability to manage multiple custom orders at different stages.
- Knowledge of the building supply, hardware and/or doors/windows industries.
