Overview

We are looking for an experienced Senior Angular UI Developer with Java backend expertise for a full-time, on-site opportunity in Baltimore, MD. This role involves hands-on development using Angular 8 , Java/Spring Boot, and participation in Agile teams to build scalable, secure, and responsive applications for a major federal client.

Position

Senior Angular UI Developer (Full-Time, On-Site)

Responsibilities

• Design and develop responsive web applications using Angular 8 , Java, and Spring Boot
• Build modern UI components with TypeScript, HTML, CSS, jQuery, and Node.js
• Develop RESTful APIs and backend services
• Utilize Angular CLI, Visual Studio Code, IBM Rational Application Developer
• Write unit tests using Karma, Jasmine, JUnit; follow TDD principles
• Participate in Agile ceremonies and collaborate across teams
• Use CI/CD tools like Jenkins, Maven, Nexus, Docker, UrbanCode
• Troubleshoot application issues using Splunk, Dynatrace
• Contribute to architecture and provide technical leadership
  
  

Requirement Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or related field
• 10 years in full-stack development
• Proficient in:
• Angular 8 , TypeScript, HTML, CSS, JavaScript
• Java, Spring Boot, Hibernate, JPA, JDBC
• Node.js, NPM, Angular CLI
• IBM RAD, Visual Studio Code
• 5 years working on Agile teams
• 4 years building responsive UIs
• Strong in unit testing with Karma, Jasmine, JUnit, SonarQube
• Experience with CI/CD and DevOps pipelines
• Eligible for U.S. Public Trust clearance
  

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with:
• DevOps/CI-CD tools, OpenShift, Cucumber
• Linux environments and JSON services
• Agile delivery and BDD frameworks
• Strong documentation and communication skills
  

Additional Information

• Must work onsite 5 days a week in Baltimore, MD,VA.DE
• Must be eligible for Public Trust clearance
