Summary

We are seeking a reliable Maintenance Assistant to support the maintenance and operation of our manufacturing facility. The ideal candidate will have mechanical and/or electrical knowledge, be able to work independently, and possess a valid driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Perform preventive maintenance and assist with equipment repairs.
• Troubleshoot basic mechanical and electrical issues.
• Complete facility maintenance tasks as assigned.
• Pick up parts and supplies using a company or personal vehicle as needed.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment.
• Work independently while effectively prioritizing daily tasks.

Experience and Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; Some College or trade school preferred.
• Experience maintaining print machinery a plus.

Requirements

• Mechanical and/or electrical experience in a manufacturing or industrial environment preferred.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform basic equipment repairs.
• Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds and work safely around industrial equipment.
• Strong problem-solving skills and a positive attitude.
• Effective communication

Pay: $25.00 - $27.00 per hour
