Role Description The Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Fresno, CA. This position supports the planning and execution of window and glazing projects, working closely with project managers, installers, and clients to ensure technical accuracy and on-time delivery. Day-to-day tasks include reviewing project plans and specifications, preparing submittals and RFIs, coordinating with vendors and fabricators, and assisting with material take-offs and cost estimates. The Project Engineer tracks project progress, helps resolve field issues, maintains documentation, and supports quality control and safety standards. This role also contributes to continuous improvement by identifying design or process enhancements that improve efficiency and project outcomes.
Qualifications
- Candidates should possess strong project engineering and construction knowledge, including reading plans, understanding specifications, and supporting field coordination.
- Candidates should possess skills in technical documentation and analysis, such as preparing submittals, RFIs, material take-offs, and basic cost estimates.
