Residential HVAC Service Technician

DS Home Services is a growing multi-trade home service company serving the Hudson Valley since 2006. We provide electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and generator services, and we’re building a strong, professional HVAC team.

We’re looking for a residential HVAC service technician who can run a van independently, diagnose issues, and take care of customers the right way.

This is a full-time, year-round position with strong benefits, steady work, and a supportive team.

Pay

$28–$35 per hour performance commissions
 (Compensation based on experience and ability to run calls independently.)

What You’ll Do

• Run residential service calls in a company-provided van
• Diagnose and repair HVAC systems
• Communicate clearly with homeowners
• Recommend repairs or upgrades when appropriate
• Complete work orders using company iPad and software
• Maintain a clean, professional work environment

What We’re Looking For

• Minimum 2 years residential HVAC experience
• Ability to run a service van independently
• Strong troubleshooting skills
• Professional, respectful communication with customers
• Valid, clean driver’s license
• Basic hand tools
