Responsibilities
- Operate and monitor an automated pallet sorting system
- Inspect plastic pallets and cardboard slip sheets for quality and usability
- Remove damaged or rejected materials from the line
- Manually restack, straighten, repair, or discard rejected materials as needed
- Ensure properly sorted and stacked materials are ready for robotic production use
- Perform light mechanical troubleshooting and minor machine adjustments
- Clear jams and resolve routine operational issues
- Maintain safe work practices at all times
- Keep the work area clean and organized
- Communicate equipment issues to maintenance and leadership as needed

- Ability to lift, move, and handle materials weighing up to 50 pounds
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods during a 12-hour shift
- Frequent bending, reaching, twisting, and manual material handling
- Comfortable working in an industrial manufacturing environment
