Dryworx Restoration is hiring a Mitigation Estimator to support accurate mitigation estimating and assist with insurance carrier negotiations. This role is ideal for someone with restoration or mitigation experience who is ready to take on more responsibility in an in-office environment while continuing to grow their estimating skills.
What You’ll Do
- Prepare accurate, carrier-ready mitigation estimates
- Review job documentation, photos, and moisture data for completeness
- Validate category, class, equipment usage, drying duration, and labor
- Support mitigation negotiations and respond to carrier feedback
- Revise estimates when justified and document outcomes
- Maintain ownership of mitigation claims through settlement and AR handoff
What We’re Looking For
- Restoration industry experience with mitigation or estimating exposure
- Working knowledge of water mitigation processes and drying strategies
- Familiarity with insurance carrier documentation and review processes
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills
- Clear communication and willingness to learn negotiation strategy
