Role Description
As a Lead Water Damage Technician at Dryworx, you will play a vital role in our operations. Your responsibilities will include leading crews to complete work tasks, inspecting water damage, setting up equipment, removing unsalvageable materials, and working closely with clients to guide them through the restoration process.
Qualifications
- Minimum 1 year of experience in water damage restoration
- Strong selling and operational skills
- A positive attitude and strong work ethic
- Preferred: 2 years of experience in water damage restoration
Working Conditions
- Standard working hours: 8:00 AM to 4:30 PM, Monday to Friday.
- Rotating on-call weekends.
- Work environment: primarily in the field, within the Vancouver and Portland Metro area.
