• Trend Detective: Conduct Sherlock-level market research and competitive analysis to uncover the hottest opportunities and trends.
• Creative Collaborator: Team up with our creative geniuses to craft ad magic that stops thumbs and clicks hearts.
• Optimization Overlord: Fine-tune campaign performance with A/B testing, bid adjustments, and audience wizardry.
• Data Guru: Dive deep into key performance metrics, spinning regular reports and insights that make stakeholders swoon.

Qualifications
• Experience Pro: 5 years Marketing, Advertising, Business, or a related field, plus a minimum of 5 years of digital media buying triumphs, with a CPG background.
• $10 million: Someone who has managed large amounts of dry powder spend and feels comfortable deploying large ad campaign budgets
• Results Rockstar: Proven track record of managing hefty media budgets and delivering campaigns that knock it out of the park.
• Data Whisperer: Strong analytical skills with the ability to translate numbers into actionable strategies.
• Metrics Maven: In-depth knowledge of PPC, CPM, CPA, and other digital advertising lingo.
• Tool Tamer: Proficiency in Google Ads, Facebook Ads Manager, and other essential tools of the trade.
• People Person: Stellar communication and interpersonal skills, with a knack for collaboration and influencing.
• Organizational Ninja: Highly organized, detail-obsessed, and capable of juggling multiple projects without breaking a sweat.
• Certification Cool: Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or other relevant certifications earn you bonus points.
