CDL Class A Boom Truck Driver
We are an established building supply company looking to grow our team. If you have a Class A CDL, a strong work ethic, and the physical ability to perform the job, we want to hear from you. Boom training will be provided for the right candidate.
Duties & Responsibilities
- Drive and operate a boom crane truck safely and efficiently
- Deliver building materials to residential and commercial jobsites
- Transfer materials from the truck to the jobsite in active construction conditions
- Resolve discrepancies between delivery tickets and loads
- Secure and tarp loads as needed, including during inclement weather
- Perform DOT-compliant pre-trip inspections prior to each trip
- Communicate delivery or jobsite issues with dispatch and jobsite personnel
- Maintain a clean truck and monitor fluid levels
- Grease and maintain the boom as required
- Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and DOT regulations
- Perform other duties as assigned
Requirements
- Valid Class A CDL with air brake endorsement
- No DUI convictions within the last 60 months
- Ability to comply with all DOT requirements
- Ability to read and write English
- Comfortable using a cell phone for communication and documentation
Physical Requirements
- Ability to safely navigate construction jobsites, including exposure to:
- Weather conditions
- Uneven terrain
- Hills, staircases, and confined spaces
- Ability to bend, stoop, lift, push, pull, and carry materials as required

Pay: $30.00 - $34.00 per hour
