What are the responsibilities and job description for the Mitigation Monitor position at Drytech Water Restoration?

What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and maintain mitigation equipment at active job sites
- Inspect equipment and job-site conditions to ensure the mitigation process is progressing effectively
- Verify that equipment is operating properly and report any issues or changes needed
- Assist with light equipment movement, placement, and job-site setup and tear-down
- Help ensure job sites remain organized, safe, and properly equipped throughout the mitigation process
What We’re Looking For:
- IICRC certifications preferred (not required - we’re willing to train the right person)
- Strong work ethic and attention to detail
- Pride in craftsmanship and care for the company
- Valid driver’s license and good driving record
- Ability to be on scheduled on-call rotation
- Team player with a positive attitude
