You’ll work on residential reconstruction projects with a focus on delivering exceptional results and client satisfaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage reconstruction projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare accurate, detailed estimates using Xactimate.
- Coordinate with internal teams, subcontractors, clients, and insurance representatives.
- Monitor project budgets, timelines, and quality control standards.
- Communicate proactively with teammates to ensure alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
- Lead and motivate subcontractors to deliver outstanding work under tight deadlines.
Required Skills & Attributes:
- Proficient in Xactimate (this is a non-negotiable requirement).
- Experience managing residential projects.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
