We provide 3-5 high-quality, prescreened appointments per day, scheduled by our experienced dispatch and customer service teams. You’ll go directly to the job site and close the deal—all in a single visit.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct in-home consultations with homeowners experiencing emergency water damage
- Use high-leverage sales techniques to secure “one-visit closes”
- Provide urgent and reliable solutions to distressed homeowners
- Manage and oversee water fire damage restoration crews
- Track job progress and maintain communication with clients, insurance providers, and internal teams
- Ensure timely documentation and reporting for each job
Qualifications
Proven sales experience and customer service/ project management
- Proven in-home sales closing expertise preferred
- Strong customer service and communication skills
- Ability to manage and motivate field crews
- Must be tech-savvy and comfortable learning new systems
- Valid driver’s license required
- Availability for overtime and occasional holiday work
- Water restoration industry experience is a plus
