DryTech Restoration handles water, fire, and mold losses across NJ. Our best jobs come from relationships: plumbers, property managers, insurance agents, adjusters, trades. Your job is simple to describe and hard to do:
Own those relationships and make sure we’re the first call when something floods, burns, or grows mold!
What You’ll Actually Do
Live in the field:-
- Visit plumbing companies, property managers, insurance offices, adjusters, real estate brokers, etc.
Be in their face (in a good way) on a consistent schedule
Turn “Nice to meet you” into: - Visit plumbing companies, property managers, insurance offices, adjusters, real estate brokers, etc.
- Texts that say: “Got a job for you”
Drop off marketing materials and follow up like a professional, not a pest- Set up:
- Office presentations
- Ride-alongs / shop visits with key partners
Track:- Who’s slowing down
- Who needs a push
- Work directly with ownership and project managers to close the loop from referral inspection job sold

This is not a sit-at-home digital marketing role. This is a face-to-face, handshake and follow-through role.

Compensation
- Base pay
- Commission: Paid on every referral from your accounts for the life of the relationship

Schedule
Full-time, mostly Monday–Friday- Some early mornings or occasional after-hours visits when it makes sense
