Drynamic is a Minnesota manufacturer of patented industrial desiccant dehumidifiers that are changing the restoration and industrial drying industry. Our equipment is more compact, more fuel efficient, and easier to use than traditional systems, and demand is growing.
We're looking for someone who enjoys working with their hands, solving mechanical problems, and building something you can be proud of. No two weeks will be exactly the same.
This is a hands-on role where you'll help build equipment, prepare it for customers, perform maintenance and repairs, and occasionally travel to customer locations to perform service work.

What You'll Do
- Assemble and build industrial equipment
- Install mechanical components, engines, generators, and related systems
- Perform maintenance and repairs on customer equipment
- Troubleshoot mechanical issues
- Prepare equipment for shipment and customer delivery
- Maintain shop organization and inventory
- Load and unload equipment using forklifts and trailers
- Occasionally travel throughout the United States for service work and customer support
- Assist with product improvements and prototype development
- Perform other shop duties as needed
We're Looking for Someone Who
- Has strong mechanical aptitude
- Enjoys figuring out how things work
- Takes pride in quality workmanship
- Can work independently without constant supervision
- Is dependable and shows up ready to work
- Has a positive attitude and enjoys being part of a small team
- Can safely lift up to 50 pounds
- Has a valid driver's license with a clean driving record
- Can obtain a DOT Medical Card
- Is comfortable driving a pickup truck while towing a trailer
- Is willing to travel occasionally, including overnight trips
Experience We'd Love to See

- Industrial maintenance

- Welding and fabrication
- Electrical troubleshooting (12V or 120/240V)
