Business Development Representative (BDR) | DryMetrics
DryMetrics is not your typical restoration company.
We are a high-compliance, documentation-first water, mold, and fire restoration firm built on execution, accountability, and reputation — not volume. We work directly with property managers, HOAs, homeowners, and strategic partners who value quality over shortcuts.
We are looking for a driven Business Development Representative who understands how to build real relationships, not just drop off cards.
This is not a passive role. This is for someone who wants to be in the field, create opportunities, and directly impact growth.
What You’ll Do:
• Build and manage relationships with property managers, HOAs, plumbers, HVAC companies, and insurance contacts
• Generate new business through in-person outreach, networking, and strategic follow-up
• Represent DryMetrics with professionalism, confidence, and product knowledge
• Identify opportunities across water damage, mold remediation, fire restoration, and reconstruction
• Help position DryMetrics as the go-to high-quality contractor in the market
• Maintain consistent communication and pipeline tracking
What We’re Looking For:
• Highly motivated and self-driven individual
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills
• Comfortable with in-person outreach and door-to-door business development
• Professional presence with attention to detail
• Ability to think long-term and build trust, not just close quick deals
• Experience in restoration, construction, or property management is a plus but not required
