Drymedic of san diego is hiring a full-time marketing representative to support our growth across san diego county. This role is focused on building long-term referral relationships with local service providers, property professionals, and insurance-related contacts.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys being out in the community, meeting people face-to-face, and representing a professional brand. success in this role comes from consistency, follow-up, and strong relationship management rather than high-pressure sales tactics.
What you will do
- conduct in-person visits with referral partners
- introduce and represent Drymedic's restoration services including water damage, fire damage, mold remediation, and biohazard cleanup
- maintain professional follow-up with partners to stay top-of-mind for referrals
- log all visits, contacts, and activity in the company crm system
- coordinate with operations and project managers to ensure fast response and high-quality service for referred clients
- attend networking events, local associations, and community functions to expand brand presence
- meet weekly and monthly activity and referral goals
What we are looking for
- experience in outside sales, field marketing, or relationship-based roles preferred
- strong communication and people skills
- professional appearance and confidence in face-to-face interactions
- organized, self-motivated, and able to manage a territory independently
- reliable transportation
Preferred but not required
- background in restoration, construction, property management, or insurance
- familiarity with crm systems or activity tracking tools
- bilingual english/spanish
