You'll work alongside our lead technicians extracting water, removing damaged materials, setting up equipment, and keeping job sites clean and safe.

What You'll Do
- Extract standing water and remove damaged materials
- Assist the lead technician with job site production
- Set up, move, clean, and store equipment and tools
- Clean up job sites and remove debris
- Maintain job site safety at all times
- Use power tools and assist with warehouse duties
- Reliable and responsible — you show up on time, every time
- Hard working and motivated — you don't need to be pushed
- Eager to learn and grow into a long-term career
- Good attitude and a team player
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- Must pass background check
- Able to lift 50 lbs and comfortable working in confined spaces
- Available for on-call rotation (1.5x after-hours pay)
