Key Responsibilities
Leadership & Team Management
- Lead and motivate a team.
- Set clear expectations, hold team accountable, and build a culture of urgency and professionalism.
- Recruit, interview, and approve all hires; ensure ongoing training and development.
- Own the P&L, margins, and overall financial performance.
- Drive sales growth across mitigation, contents, and restoration divisions.
- Ensure accurate job costing, budgeting, and forecasting.
- Ensure adherence to the DRYmedic system, processes, and brand standards.
- Oversee permitting, compliance, and job documentation.
- Conduct ride‑alongs and jobsite inspections to ensure quality and safety.
- Maintain a strong Health, Safety & Environmental culture.
- Lead with urgency; customers call us in moments of crisis.
- Uphold the 100% satisfaction guarantee and resolve issues same‑day.
- Review customer feedback daily and ensure exceptional service delivery.
- Partner with Marketing to execute local and digital media strategies.
- Work closely with shared services (call center, fleet etc.) to meet daily sales and service goals.
- Collaborate with Franchise HQ to ensure this location sets the standard for the network.
- Active Michigan Builder’s License (required).
- Proven leadership experience in home services, construction, restoration, or related industries.
- Strong sales leadership and financial management skills.
- Ability to lead teams through change with clarity and consistency.
- Excellent communication, coaching, and customer service abilities.
- Knowledge of local business, permitting, and employment laws (or ability to learn quickly).
- Ability to lift up to 20 lbs. and perform occasional jobsite inspections.
- Ability to work in office settings and occasionally in outdoor or variable conditions.
- Ability to climb, stand, crouch, balance, reach, grasp, pull, lift, see, hear, and operate tools or vehicles as needed.
