• We expect Barenders to lead the client's experience from start to finish ensuring Drybar standards are upheld.
• We expect Bartenders to provide an over-the-top client experience to every single client.
• We expect Bartenders to educate and sell memberships - It's so easy because our clients love us!

organize and execute shop flow between clients and stylists

• We expect Bartenders to communicate effectively with clients, co-workers and the shop leadership team.
• We expect Bartenders to work at a sustained, fast pace with a positive demeanor.
• We expect Bartenders to participate in Shop duties. Side work includes activities: laundry, sweeping, dusting and other general shop cleaning.
