- Hourly wages, tips and commissions (on average $22-$28 per hour with all combined).

- Cosmetology license
- A desire to meet and exceed team and individual sales goals.
- Strong communication skills.
- Ability to work with and be a part of a team.
- Ability to take and implement feedback.
- Must be able to work Saturdays
