💰 Earning Potential $20-$31 per hour (PLUS cash tips!)

• Hourly Pay Progression
• $12.00 starting
• $12.50 at 6 months
• $13.00 at 18 months
• Commission Opportunities
• 10% on Product Tool Sales (Products range from $14-$295 💸)
• 20% on Add-On Services (From $15 enhancements to $25 premium upgrades)
• $5-$10 per Membership Sold (Barfly Single Barfly Double = easy wins!)

• Passionate about blowouts, styling, and client experience

Requirements

• Active TN Cosmetology, Braider, or Barber License
• Ability to work at least 2 shifts per week (Each shift is 8 hours)
• Must work 1 weekend shift (Saturday or Sunday)
