Drybar is looking for a Salon manager-we are looking for 1 special candidate to fill this position.

Management experience is preferred, but if you have a passion and history in the hair industry and have been waiting for your opportunity to shine in a management role;we would also like to hear from you.

• Pay strucutre; Hourly with oppurtunity for comission and tips. We also offer manager bonuses basef on preformance.  (Details can be discussed on an individual basis)

The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, a passion for the beauty industry, and a proven track record in retail management. As the Salon Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing daily operations, managing staff, and driving sales while providing exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily salon operations to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction and service quality.
• Manage staff scheduling, training, and performance evaluations to foster a positive work environment.
• Implement effective inventory control measures to maintain stock levels and manage supplies efficiently.
• Drive sales through effective marketing strategies and promotions tailored to the local market.
• Maintain administrative tasks such as payroll processing, reporting, and compliance with health and safety regulations.
• Utilize retail math to analyze sales data and develop strategies for improvement.
• Ensure all team members are knowledgeable about products and services new hair styles and trends offered in the salon.
• Foster a welcoming atmosphere for clients while addressing any concerns or feedback promptly.

Experience

• Proven experience in retail management or salon operations is required.
• Strong background in sales management with an emphasis on achieving targets and driving revenue growth.
• Familiarity with inventory control processes and stock management is essential.
• Experience in product sales or related fields is a plus but not mandatory.
• Administrative skills are necessary for managing day-to-day operations effectively.
