About the position
Training is four weeks long and paid. Trainee pay is $650 to $1,050 a week depending on the state and terminal. After the four weeks you go solo on your own lane at regular driver pay local positions average around $1,400 a week take-home, regional up to $1,800, and OTR $2,000 and up.
The freight is mostly USPS contract runs and dedicated lanes, with a lot of drop-and-hook. Trucks are 20242026 automatics.
