Responsibilities
- Serve as the face of the company at community festivals
- Promote our brand and products to festival attendees
- Engage with visitors and answer questions about the company
- Set up and take down company booth and materials at festivals
- Keep accurate records of festival attendance and interactions
- Obtain contact information from prospective customers
- Maintain a positive and professional attitude at all times
- Represent the company in a respectful and responsible manner
- Follow company policies and procedures
- Energetic and outgoing personality
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions
- Reliable transportation to and from festival locations
- Must be able to work a few Saturdays a month
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Experience in customer service or sales is a plus
- Must be at least 18 years old
