The expected base wage for this Minnesota based position is $16.00 - $16.50/hr* with overtime eligibility. Successful candidates’ wages will be determined based on their individual qualifications for the position.
What You’ll Do:
- Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
- Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
- Develop relationships to grow your business
- Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
- Unpack and display stock
- Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
- Assist with new hire training
- Open and close the store for business
- Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
