Dry Force is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Senior Dispatch Supervisor to lead our dispatch operations. This role bridges frontline dispatchers and company leadership, ensuring efficiency, accountability, and top-tier customer service in a fast-paced, 24/7 emergency services environment.
As the Senior Dispatch Supervisor, you’ll provide daily oversight, mentor supervisors and dispatchers, and step in hands-on when needed to ensure operational excellence. Key Responsibilities
- Provide daily oversight and leadership to Dispatch Supervisors and their teams.
- Ensure service and productivity targets are met across all shifts.
- Train, mentor, and coach supervisors and dispatch staff, offering regular documented feedback and development opportunities.
- Serve as the escalation point for customer or employee issues unresolved at the supervisor level.
- Support onboarding of new dispatchers and supervisors, ensuring consistency in training and expectations.
- Monitor daily dispatch activities, ensuring timely job assignments, accurate scheduling, and efficient route allocation.
- Step in to perform dispatcher duties during peak times, staff shortages, or emergencies.
- Ensure operations align with safety, compliance, and customer service standards.
- Track and report on KPIs such as service levels, completion rates, and response times.
- Identify inefficiencies in dispatch operations and recommend improvements to increase accuracy and reduce costs.
- Collaborate with management to refine SOPs and standardize workflows.
- Support the implementation of new tools, technologies, or reporting processes.
- Maintain clear and timely communication between dispatch staff, field teams, and leadership.
- Act as liaison between dispatch operations and other departments.

Minimum Requirements
- Previous experience as a Shift Supervisor or similar role.
- Full understanding of industry safety standards.
- Strong understanding of dispatch software, GPS tools, and scheduling systems.
- Proven ability to coach and mentor team members while holding them accountable to performance standards.
- Highly organized with strong problem-solving abilities.
- High School Diploma required; a degree in Management is a plus.
- Flexible schedule availability, including evenings or weekends to support 24/7 operations.
