You’ll guide clients through stressful situations with empathy and professionalism while ensuring that all work is performed to the highest standard. While prior industry experience is preferred, we are willing to train individuals with the right attitude and strong work ethic.
Our average Crew Chief in the Kansas City market earns between $95,000 and $110,000 annually.
This position will also receive cross-training in mold remediation and may be assigned to mold-related projects as needed.
Key Responsibilities:Assess and manage water/sewage damage restoration projectsRemove damaged materials and set up drying equipment on-siteDeliver exceptional customer service with a professional demeanorMaintain clear and positive communication with team members and customersEnsure compliance with safety standards and company policiesDrive company vehicle to job sites, following all traffic laws and safety protocolsDocument all aspects of mold remediation using industry softwareLead and supervise assigned crew members on job sitesQualifications:Ability to lift up to 50 lbsValid driver’s licenseAvailability to work overtime and some holidaysReliable transportation to and from the Des Moines areaStrong attention to detail and a customer-first mindset
