Your unique ability to connect with blue collar workers AND small business owners will be the key to your success. You will use your exceptional customer service skills to build RAVING FANS and your customers will be loyal to you because our team will deliver on your promises. Pay Rate: $60,000 - $65,000 Base Salary DOE Commission Structure
Potential Earnings: $90,000 - $130,000/year (including salary and bonuses).

Qualifications
- 1 to 2 years of experience in inside or outside sales.
- 2 to 3 years of customer service experience.
- Strong communication skills.
- Familiarity with the restoration industry or related fields preferred but not required.
- Experience with Luxor and Dash preferred but not required.
- Event planning preferred not required.
- must be willing to undergo background check and drug screen**
- Build and maintain strong relationships with referral partners, including plumbing companies, property managers, and insurance agents.
- Conduct regular in-person visits and check-ins with partners to ensure satisfaction and identify new opportunities.
- Host trainings and group meetings with referral partners to share best practices, updates, and new service offerings.
- Assist in planning and executing marketing campaigns, giveaways, and events.
- Track and manage partner interactions, leads, and opportunities in the CRM system.
- Follow up on inquiries and collaborate with the internal team to ensure partner needs are met.
- Identify and pursue opportunities for business growth.
- Participate in continuous learning and development.
- Drive Biz Dev Playbook.
- Drive Event Planning and Execution for Biz Dev.
- Drive New Referral Partners.
- Build Skills (Sandler Sales, personal professional development, industry knowledge).
- Record Activities - maintain contact database with accurate records (Luxor).
- Leverage company expense account for strategic gains (new partners, deeper relationships).
- Create internal and external Raving Fans by delivering 1’s.
- Support Biz Dev Manager.
- We are a 24/7 company, some weeknights, and weekends required.
