Responsibilities:
- Greet and welcome customers in a friendly and professional manner
- Provide excellent customer service by assisting customers with their inquiries and needs
- Operate cash register and handle cash transactions accurately
- Maintain a clean and organized front end area
- Stock shelves and ensure products are properly displayed
- Assist with inventory management and restocking of merchandise
- Follow company policies and procedures regarding safety, sanitation, and customer service
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth operations of the front end area
Requirements:
- Previous experience in a restaurant, food service, or retail environment is preferred
- Knowledge of food handling and kitchen safety practices is a plus
- Strong sales skills and ability to upsell products to customers
- Basic math skills for handling cash transactions and providing accurate change
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays as required by the business
