Dry Clean Super Center is looking for a reliable, motivated, and customer-focused Assistant Manager and Route Sales Representative to assist with all store operations including expanding and managing delivery routes. This position offers a mix of management support, driving, and customer interaction — perfect for someone who enjoys a hands-on role and takes pride in excellent service.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist the manager with daily production operations.
- Provide friendly, professional customer service at all times.
- Represent our business with excellence
- Market and grow the route while maintaining customer relationships.
- Pick up and deliver dry cleaning from multiple route locations.
- Support production staff to ensure orders are completed accurately and on time.
- Keep delivery vehicles clean and well-maintained.
Qualifications
- Prior experience in retail or customer-facing roles with a focus on service and relationship building
- Valid commercial driving license or ability to operate a commercial vehicle; clean driving record
- Strong driving, route planning, and basic math skills; experience with package delivery or courier driving preferred
- Ability to perform heavy lifting and safe lifting practices; physically able to handle daily route workload
- Demonstrated sales skills, upselling, and pricing knowledge; ability to manage client accounts on a dedicated route
- Organizational skills with capability to multitask, prioritize, and maintain accurate records
- Reliable, customer-centric approach with in-person communication and inventory awareness
