Production Shift Lead — Dry Brew (Full-Time, On-Site)
Location: Cumberland, Rhode Island Schedule: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM – 5:00 PM Compensation: $22.00/HR $42,760/YEAR Start Date: ASAP
Dry Brew is a fast-growing specialty food manufacturer producing the world's first waterless coffee. We’re looking for a reliable, hands-on Production Shift Lead to support daily operations and help keep our line running smoothly. This role reports directly to the Production Manager.
Responsibilities
- Lead daily production activities and maintain a steady, efficient pace throughout the shift
- Ensure all assigned tasks are completed accurately and on schedule
- Maintain accurate counts and documentation of finished goods and work-in-progress
- Assist with basic inventory checks of ingredients, packaging materials, and supplies
- Enforce and follow all food safety and sanitation procedures
Requirements
- Ability to regularly lift 40–50 lbs
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, hands-on production environment
- Basic knowledge of food safety practices or willingness to be trained
- Strong reliability, time management, and communication skills
- Experience in food manufacturing, packaging, or production leadership is preferred but not required
