- Recruiting for an immediate hire of a commercial real estate attorney (transactional side with retail experience ideally) for a prestigious growing boutique law firm
- They do real estate commercial financing, commercial leasing, mixed use development, retail development, and more
- While the firm is boutique, they are very successful and do really big deals with well-known clients
- Open to someone not licensed in the state that have strong relevant experience as well
- Up to 300K base salary, based on experience, PLUS massive bonus opportunity
- They have offices in Charleston, Columbia, and expanding with another office soon as well
- Been around for many years with an established and growing client-base

Pay: $250,000.00 - $300,000.00 per year
