Manager in Training Program Drury Hotels’ Manager in Training (MIT) program is an intensive 14-week experience designed for recent college graduates who want to launch a career in hospitality management. What You’ll Do: Gain hands-on experience at one of our top-performing hotels Report directly to the General Manager and work with a dedicated mentor Rotate through all areas of hotel operations— housekeeping, food & beverage, guest services, administration, and more Transition into management responsibilities, including serving as Manager on Duty Upon successful completion, you’ll be ready for a supervisory or management role tailored to your strengths. What We’re Looking For: Must be at least 21 years old at the start of the program 100% relocatable after program completion Nine months of prior work experience (hotel or restaurant preferred) Leadership experience (work or classroom) Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or related field Energetic, personable, and passionate about creating memorable guest experiences Team player who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment Graduates can begin the program up to one year post-graduation Learn.
