• Create high-quality, engaging content including graphics, videos, photography, and written posts using tools like Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator, and Adobe Creative Suite to ensure visual consistency and brand identity.
• Manage daily social media activities using applications like Hootsuite and Buffer to schedule posts, monitor performance, and respond promptly to comments and messages.
• Conduct social listening to monitor brand reputation, industry trends, and competitor activity; leverage insights from Google Analytics and web analytics tools to optimize campaigns.
• Execute targeted Facebook Advertising campaigns to reach specific audiences, enhance brand awareness, and drive conversions for e-commerce initiatives.
• Perform keyword research and SEO best practices to enhance content discoverability across digital channels.
• Collaborate with the public relations team to craft press releases or media outreach that align with social media campaigns.
• Proofread all content meticulously to maintain professionalism and accuracy before publication.
• Engage in relationship management by interacting authentically with followers, influencers, partners, and stakeholders to foster community growth.

• Proven experience in social media management within a fast-paced environment; demonstrated ability to develop creative content that resonates with diverse audiences.
• Strong proficiency in graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator; experience with video editing is highly desirable.
• Familiarity with social listening tools and web analytics platforms like Google Analytics for data-driven decision-making.
• Hands-on experience managing social media scheduling tools such as Hootsuite or Buffer.
