Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the subject matter expert (SME) for SAP EWM and Logistics processes.
- Lead business requirement gathering, solution design, and process improvements.
- Support SAP EWM implementations, enhancements, upgrades, and integrations.
- Collaborate with warehouse, supply chain, and logistics teams to optimize business processes.
- Provide guidance on inbound, outbound, inventory management, replenishment, and warehouse operations.
- Work with cross-functional teams to ensure successful project delivery.
- Conduct user training, testing, and post-go-live support.
- Identify process gaps and recommend best-practice solutions.
Required Skills
- Strong experience with SAP Extended Warehouse Management (EWM).
- Deep understanding of Logistics and Supply Chain processes.
- Experience in warehouse operations, inventory management, inbound/outbound logistics, and fulfillment processes.
- Ability to lead workshops, gather requirements, and engage with business stakeholders.
- Experience supporting SAP implementations and process transformation initiatives.
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
