We are looking for an experienced EAM Scrum Master to drive Agile delivery for SAP EAM implementations. This role requires strong coordination skills, Agile expertise, and the ability to manage cross-functional teams effectively.
🔹 Key Responsibilities:
• Facilitate Agile ceremonies – Sprint Planning, Daily Stand-ups, Retrospectives
• Manage backlog, user stories, and JIRA tracking
• Coordinate between functional, technical, and business teams
• Identify and remove blockers to ensure smooth sprint execution
• Track progress, risks, and dependencies
• Support release planning and delivery governance
🔹 Required Skills:
✔ 5–7 years of experience as a Scrum Master in SAP/IT projects
✔ Strong expertise in Agile methodologies and JIRA
✔ Experience in SAP EAM / S4 projects (preferred)
✔ Excellent stakeholder communication and coordination skills
