What You''ll Do
Coach sales reps to meet monthly and yearly targets.
Build and maintain relationships with customers, hiring managers, and decision-makers.
Create regional sales strategies and track team performance.
Present and demo our staffing solutions to customers.
Watch market trends and competitor activity to find new business.
Forecast sales numbers and report results to leadership.
Make sure your team follows company policies, sales guidelines, and compliance rules.
What You''ll Need
Experience in sales roles or sales management.
Knowledge of the commercial staffing industry or B2B sales.
Proven ability to coach and develop sales team members.
Strong communication and presentation skills.
Ability to build relationships and influence decision-makers.
Comfort using CRM software and standard office tools.

Work Environment
You''ll spend about half your time at our Columbus office. The rest of your time you''ll meet with customers and lead your team in Cincinnati, West Cleveland, and Michigan.
