🔹 Core Responsibilities:
• Define architecture vision for complex mainframe solutions
• Design and implement mainframe storage architecture
• Support disk, SAN, and virtual tape environments
• Lead architecture roadmap and technology strategy
• Perform design reviews ensuring security, scalability, reliability
• Collaborate across business, operations, and technology teams
• Support disaster recovery planning and execution
• Guide technology selection and implementation
🔹 Required Experience:
✔ 10 years in Mainframe Storage Architecture
✔ Experience with FICON, HCD/IOCP, SAN replication
✔ Strong knowledge of DASD, Virtual Tape, I/O performance tuning
✔ Experience with Brocade switches, Hitachi DASD, IBM TS7700
✔ Data center migration and disaster recovery exercises
✔ Capacity planning and cost optimization
