A customer service representative at Drumond Auto Body helps customers create and file claims obtain information on the damage of the vehicle, obtain information of location of the accident and also communicating with the insurance company to find out when original estimates and supplements are accepted/sent to the shop.
Applicants are required to have good communication skills, good computer skills ( working with Excel working with Google sheets working with PDFs, etc.) required to come in Monday through Friday 8 AM to 5:30 PM and are fluent in the English language
