Position Summary: This candidate reports to the Global Linear Ad Operations Sr. Manager - Global Media Operations (GMO) within the Network Partnerships and Programming department. This person will work at the direction of Global Linear Ad Operations Sr. Manager. They will support network scheduling and programming operations across linear platforms.
Major Responsibilities:
• Support scheduling and execution of network programming and sponsorship elements.
• Assist/BackUp with managing and updating our 24-hr TV network program grid.
• Maintain direct day-to-day communication with internal marketing and the media sponsorship teams to effectively implement media plans.
Required Skills/Knowledge:
• Experience with linear network scheduling or traffic systems
• Computer proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Word, PowerPoint
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Must be organized and detail-oriented
• Ability to multitask and handle multiple projects and deadlines simultaneously
• Must be able to work within the team concept.
Experience Needed:
• 2 years of ad operations experience
Educational Background Required:
• Undergraduate college degree preferred
